Cookie Policy
On this page we explain which cookies and similar technologies (e.g. the browser's localStorage) the zbranepresov.sk e-shop uses, what they are for and how you can change or withdraw your consent.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. On your next visit, the browser sends them back to the website, so that it remembers, for example, the contents of your cart or your login.
Who processes them

Legal basis
We store strictly necessary cookies without consent pursuant to Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications, because without them the e-shop cannot provide the service you have requested (cart, login, order). We store all other cookies only on the basis of your consent (Section 109(8) of the cited Act and Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Until you give consent, analytical and marketing tools are not loaded and embedded videos and maps are not displayed.
Which cookies we use
Strictly necessary (without consent)
They ensure the basic functioning of the e-shop – cart, login, order process, remembering the language and your cookie choice. Under Section 109(8) of the Act on Electronic Communications, no consent is required for them and they cannot be switched off.

Analytical (only with consent)
They help us find out how many people visit the website and which pages they use, so that we can improve it. The data is statistical.

They allow content from other services embedded in the pages to be displayed – YouTube videos, Google Maps, etc. These services may store their own cookies.

How to change or withdraw consent
Consent is voluntary and you can give it for selected categories only. It is valid for 182 days, after which we will ask you again. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the button below or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page – as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You can also delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Record of consent
To be able to demonstrate that you have given consent (Art. 7(1) of the GDPR), we record a random consent identifier, your choice, the date and time, a shortened IP address (without the last part) and the browser type. We keep the record for 3 years.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may transfer data to the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, if the recipient is certified under this framework, or on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
